The team relies on me and I rely on them. Everybody plays a part when we take on the project one step at a time. After every deploy we have more to show; with every hand that has touched the product it has become more refined, better. And will leave the customer happier.
That's the most important thing here, I learnt when I joined the team. That our customers are happy.
I think the work atmosphere and tempo have rubbed off also on us – the same way we're improving every sprint with retrospectives, we're improving our internal process. And we'll never be done, I think, and that's a good thing. Nothing keeps you in shape as much as pushing yourself to achieve more.
I learnt that there is always more than one approach to a solution. I learnt that communication is key and that I'm not alone. I learnt that bugs are a part of software and need to be considered as such. And be solved. Nobody expects me to solve my problems alone – we're a team after all.
